WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME …
Having a background of working as a Dietician over the last 8 years, and working in the mental health space for the last 4 years, much of my work has been informed by science, psychology, our relationship with self and how out bodies are vehicles as we navigate through life. AS a Christian, I am also particularly interested in how we live to honour Christ as physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual beings.
I would be honoured to step into your story, be a compassionate voice and work together to help you get unstuck and moving forward in a whole, intentional way.
