ABOUT
Well hello,
I’m Grace
A dreamer, creative, meaning maker, a thinker of possibilities. I love inspiring women to reconnect with themselves in a rich, deep way. I am passionate about each of us bringing our unique voice into the world.
My experience as a Dietitian for the past decade, helping women with their relationship with food and their body, has helped me see common patterns that are interfering with us living in freedom and fullness. Namely, lack of trust in our bodies and ourselves, comparisons, fear of living big and a perpetual voice of ‘not enough’.
I believe in the freedom that comes from letting go of rules and expectations and stepping into the fullness of the present moment, with greater awareness of ourselves and the world around us.
You’ll hear me talking a lot about self care, living in sync with our cycles, normal natural eating, mindfulness, living in our bodies, doing biz in a gentle way, intuitive living and empowerment of the feminine.

my favourite things
The ocean, breathing in salty air, trees, fresh flowers in a vase, falling asleep under an open window, growing and changing with the seasons, conversations with loved ones, meeting someone for the first time, lying on the floor with music playing, crisp morning air, waking up early to go somewhere new, spending all day in bed, sunday morning pancakes, fresh sheets, discovering great books, words that get you, sunflowers, being alone, being with people, dancing in the kitchen, contentedness, gratitude, forehead kisses, farmers markets, croissants, cheese, the human body, new notebooks, sunsets, possibilities, moments.
“Half of me is filled with bursting words and half of me is painfully shy. I crave solitude yet also crave people. I want to pour life and love into everything yet also nurture my self-care and go gently. I want to live within the rush of primal, intuitive decision, yet also wish to sit and contemplate. This is the messiness of life - that we all carry multitudes, so must sit with the shifts. We are complicated creatures, and ultimately, the balance comes from this understanding. Be water. Flowing, flexible and soft. Subtly powerful and open. Wild and serene. Able to accept all changes, yet still led by the pull of steady tides. It is enough.” Victoria Erickson
